1. Refund and Return Policy
Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be in salable condition and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return Please contact us at 978-777-1115 or email info@bigmikevac.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping instructions.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return freight and shipping charges.
- Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final credit.
- Condition Assessment: If equipment requires cleaning or repairs upon return, we will notify you of these additional charges within 7 days of receipt.
Refund Method Approved returns will be issued as store credit (or a refund to the original payment method, depending on your internal setup) once the item has been inspected.
2. Terms of Service
Pricing Policy We strive for pricing accuracy on all products at BigMikeVac.com. However, due to market conditions and factors beyond our control, prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a pricing error occurs.
Minimum Order Requirement Please note that BigMikeVac.com has a minimum order value of $75.00 (excluding freight charges and taxes). Orders that do not meet this threshold cannot be processed.
