Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Big Mike Vac. We are committed to delivering your equipment safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5 business days.
  • Operating Hours: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For large equipment, we utilize LTL Freight.

Important Freight Details:

  • Quote Requirements: We require your zip code to provide an accurate LTL Freight quote and to verify if your location has a loading dock.
  • Field Deliveries: A flat $150.00 additional charge applies to all field/residential deliveries without a loading dock.
  • Customer Freight: To utilize your own freight carrier, please provide us with a Bill of Lading (BOL) billed directly to your freight account.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • International Shipping: We do not ship directly outside the U.S. However, you may arrange international shipping via your own freight carrier.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Big Mike Vac is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages and Shipping Claims

Big Mike Vac is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping; however, we take extensive precautions by shrink-wrapping equipment from "head to toe."

  • Inspection Required: Please inspect your packaging immediately upon arrival.
  • Visible Damage: If there is any visible damage, DO NOT accept the equipment as being in "good order" and notify the carrier immediately.
  • Filing a Claim: You must file a damage claim with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim.
