Thank you for shopping at Big Mike Vac. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Return Address: Once your return is accepted, items must be sent to:

- Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping & Fees Defective or Damaged Items:
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged), Big Mike Vac will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Customer Remorse: For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@bigmikevac.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (beauty products).
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases).
- Sale items and Gift Cards.
7. Exchanges
The most efficient way to ensure you get what you need is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria (original condition/packaging).
9. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@bigmikevac.com.
